KiLIFE Backup Connection

Purpose and access
This administrator-operated connection stores and retrieves encrypted KiLIFE ERP backup archives in the Google Drive account authorized by the administrator.
It requests the Google Drive drive.file permission. The connection is configured to manage files and folders it creates, rather than access unrelated personal Drive files.
Data handling
Backup archives may contain KiLIFE ERP database records and uploaded documents. Restic encrypts the backup contents before they are uploaded to Google Drive.
OAuth credentials and authorization tokens are kept in the private backup environment. They are not published on this website or placed in a public repository.
Google user data accessed through this connection is used only for backup storage, integrity checks, and recovery. It is not sold or used for advertising or AI model training.
Storage and retention
Google Drive stores the encrypted off-server backups. The administrator controls retention and deletion through the backup tooling. There is no automatic deletion guarantee stated by this policy.
Access removal and deletion
The administrator can revoke the connection through Google Account third-party access settings. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not itself delete existing backups.
